In 2/3/4 Rizzolo, we have been busy researching Australian animals and learning to write varying types of sentences.  After choosing an animal and doing some research, we made our animal out of plasticine as inspired by the author and illustrator Barbara Reid.  First we mixed the colours together, then we had to warm the plasticine in our hands before we spread it onto card.  Our fingers were very tired!  We then wrote some sentences about our animal, learning to join two ideas together by using and, but, or, so, for.
