Oral Health Services Tasmania will be once again holding their Fissure Sealant and Fluoride Varnish Program for all students in Kindergarten, Prep, Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 6.  They will be visiting our school in early March.

Forms will be sent home today to children in the above grades.  Please complete the form as soon as possible and return to the school office by Wednesday 17 February.  Please advise if you DO NOT want your child to participate in this free program.
